Ingredients: 500 g lamb neck fillet (cubed); 1 onion (peeled and finely sliced ); 4 garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped ); 1 large red pepper (deseeded and finely sliced ); 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes; 50 g olives (pitted and halved ); salt; pepper; 200 g A packet of spiced couscous (I like a moroccan one! )
