A lighter stew that can be eaten in the summer as well as in the winter. I am serving it with couscous, but it is just as good with a side of vegetables or some freshly baked bread.
This can be eaten on its own as a delicious lunch dish or makes the perfect side. And, as if it could get any better, there is no cooking involved - just some chopping, shaking, opening and mixing!
A salad that gives so much more than a bowl of lettuce (there actually isn't a lettuce leaf in sight!!) Bursting with colour and flavour this really is more than just a salad!
A light, crunchy summer salad that is bursting with goodness, flavour and texture. It's lovely on its own as a main dish but also makes a fabulous side (I love it with a summer BBQ).
