A classic dessert and one of my favourites. Served with ice-cream in the summer and custard in the winter (or cream anytime of year!)
Now I like adding things to macaroni cheese - an extra burst of goodness is always a good thing but my daughter is a purist and prefers it plain and simple!
I love this recipe for 3 reasons:
1- It's delicious
2- It's packed with hidden veggies
3- You end up with a portion of the sauce to freeze for another day!
