When I discovered frozen mashed potato, my whole life changed!! You can of course make your own, but I never have time for all that peeling, chopping, boiling and mashing!!
I had a craving for fish tacos but only had flatbreads in the freezer – so I combined them and the result was delicious!
Salmon is my favourite food to cook (and eat) so I am always trying new recipes. This one is a new family favourite and is going to be a regular on my meal-plan.
I love miso - it's one of those flavours that is hard to describe so I'll just call it delicious! It pairs perfectly with salmon making this a fabulously simple and utterly delicious dinner. And it is super quick to cook especially as I chose to use a packet of precooked grains (you can obviously cook your own if you wish!)
