Ingredients: 200 g rice (I use brown basmati); Salt; 4 pork escalopes; 1 tsp paprika; 2 tbsp butter; Oil; 250 g mushrooms (sliced ); 1 onion (peeled and finely diced ); 2 cloves of garlic (peeled and minced ); 1 tbsp flour; 300 ml chicken stock; 7 tbsp greek yogurt; Pepper; 100 g spinach (chopped ); 100 g peas (cooked )
