This is the only breakfast cereal that I like to eat because it’s low in salt, sugar and fat and high in fibre. With a little added goodness it makes a brilliant start to the day. You can vary the fruit depending on what is in the fruit bowl … a sprinkling of dried fruit works well (but contains lots of sugars).
Fajitas are one of my favourite mid-week meals - the kids love them because they get to choose what goes inside and I love them because they are simple to make!
So simple that even a 9-year old can make them!
This is our favourite burger recipes; served with salad and mayonnaise in a toasted brioche bun – delicious! My children prefer turkey mince as it is softer, and the addition of apple means that it stays nice and moist; turkey also has less calories than beef mince.
I love a curry dish – especially one that is quick and easy to make, delicious and healthy!
