This is one of my favourite ways to eat lamb and it is so simple to cook: a bit of prep, some chopping and that's pretty much it!
A delicious twist on the classic! Perfect on their own or with a bowl of tomato soup to make a delicious lunch.
Sometimes the old ones really are best! This is a simplified version of the classic recipe but the taste is just as good!
What I love about this recipe is that you can have the chicken marinating in the fridge for a couple of days and the hummus makes enough for another day!
