My son always orders chilli cheese nachos when we out for lunch, so I thought I’d recreate his favourite dish at home! I have removed the meat from this recipe and replaced it with lots of veg and beans… it’s a real dinner-winner in our house!
This recipe was born on a cold rainy day when I really fancied some ‘comfort food’. I had a look in my pantry and found some lasagne sheets; but I had no minced meat, I did however have chicken. And that is how my Deliciousandreal Chicken Lasagne was born.
Pie is my ultimate comfort food! This recipe makes 4 comforting individual pies which are perfect for those days when you don't all get to eat at the same time! Although, you can make 1 large one, if you prefer!
This is a great recipe for the whole family and is the perfect dish to cook when entertaining. It only needs a handful of ingredients (and one of them is my new favourite – za’atar) and is really easy to prepare: I tend to prepare them in the morning and then pop them in the fridge until I am ready.
