Rocky Road
A naughty, but nice treat. I tend to serve quite small pieces, as they are very chocolatey…but you can make them any size you wish! Don't be put off by the prep time – it's mainly spent in the fridge!
Ingredients
- 600 g milk chocolate
- 200 g Twix bars chopped
- 70 g Maltesers
- 100 g raisins
- 70 g marshmallows
- 100 g cornflakes
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate by breaking it into chunks and putting in a bowl. Put the bowl over a saucepan with boiling water (the bowl shouldn't touch the water) Stir regularly making sure it doesn’t burn
- Remove the bowl from the heat once the chocolate has melted and add the chopped Twix, Maltesers, marshmallows, raisins and cornflakes
- Stir with a wooden spoon making sure everything is combined
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray (mine is 20cm x 20cm), pushing it down firmly with the back of a spoon
- Add the sprinkles
- Put in the fridge for about 8 hours (or until completely set)
- Chop into pieces and enjoy x
