A bolognaise with spaghetti is a classic but you can serve it with any pasta or even turn it into tacos or a lasagne.

Two of my favourite things: orzo and one pot cooking!! This is a simple dish that doesn't disappoint when it comes to flavour (or lack of washing up!)
A tasty way of getting some more oily fish into your diet! The smoked mackerel adds an amazing flavour burst to what is a simple tomato pasta dish.
So why vodka? It alters the flavour of the sauce adding a touch of heat and a bit of sharpness which helps to balance out the sweetness of the tomatoes and the cream.
All the work is in the meatballs - the sauce comes from a jar (you can make your own if you like!!) with a couple of added vegetables for a burst of goodness!
