A tasty recipe from an Indian cookery school that is local to me: this is the owner’s favourite childhood recipe and one that she loves to cook for her own children. The original recipe uses shop bought fish fingers instead of salmon fillets.
Something a little different! These are a bit like little beef koftas in a sauce – delicious and a firm favourite with the kids.
This curry dish works well as a main or as a side; simple to make and even easier to eat! It’s a fairly mild dish, but you can always add more curry powder and chillies.
I cook a lot with lentils as they are an excellent source of fibre, protein and a host of vitamin.
