Delicious for breakfast, brunch, lunch or as a light dinner – a definite family favourite!
A meat-free meal that is bursting with flavour! Perfect for lunch or dinner (I just halve the gnocchi when serving for lunch – I keep the other ingredients the same as it’s good to fill up on those lovely mushrooms and spinach!)
Because sometimes, only a burger will do! For me, it has to have a cheese slice, plenty of salad and some onions … proper comfort food! Now I only have one beef pattie in mine – the photo shows one of my husband’s creations: in his eyes, more is always more!
Eggs are one of my favourite ingredients and I do love a traditional quiche, but I tend to only have pastry as treat! This recipe has all of the traditional flavours of quiche without the extra calories making it a perfect mid-week meal!
