Harissa mackerel with roasted vegetables
A simple dinner that is full of flavour. You can use any meaty white fish – pollack and hake work particularly well.

This low carb meal has a real kick to it! The harissa is a great addition to a simple salmon steak and the Chinese flavours in the vegetable stir-fry complement it perfectly. Full of goodness and really easy to make; this is a perfect mid-week dinner dish.
A delicious, easy and nutritious home-cooked dinner which most definitely isn’t just for the kids!
This dish is a tasty way to serve up couscous (which can be a little bland); the spices add a real depth of flavour and then you have the lovely smokiness of the fish and the eggs.
This is my favourite fish recipe, it was inspired by an authentic recipe taught by The Cooking Academy on their Indian course. If you have any of the marinade left over it works just as well on other meats (and it keeps well in the fridge.)
