Eaten straight away or allowed to cool completely and popped in a lunch-box for later, this is a delicious dish. The harissa gives a middle-eastern twist and the pomegranate molasses add a wonderful sweetness.
Another of my classic comfort foods! You can cook the potatoes in the microwave if you are short of time (don’t add the oil and salt), but I prefer them to be slowly cooked in the oven.
This is great veggie and vegan recipe that is delicious served with pasta or rice. The ‘balls’ are soft so you have to be gentle with them otherwise they will break up when you are frying/serving them!
The fact that you could roast gnocchi was a real game changer for me – what a great alternative to potatoes in a traybake!
