This is my favourite breakfast – I don’t tend to have butter on the toast as the avocado is already high in fat (albeit good fat!) You don’t have to use sourdough bread…but it does taste so much better!
We love eggs in our house, so I am somewhat of an expert on cooking them! They are definitely one of my signature breakfast dishes!
