A naughty, but nice treat. I tend to serve quite small pieces, as they are very chocolatey…but you can make them any size you wish!

Don’t be put off by the prep time – it’s mainly spent in the fridge!

Baked apples with an oaty, cinnamon centre

My mum used to cook these when I was little, they are a cheap dessert that really satisfy that sweet tooth.
Serve with custard or ice cream or allow them to cool and have them with Greek yogurt for breakfast.

Best chocolate chip cookies

These are a firm favourite with my family and friends – they really are the best cookie recipe!
You can easily double up the quantities and freeze half of the dough for another day.
