A zingy vibrant dish that’s bursting with flavour. Quick and easy to make and a great one to prep in advance.
An easy roast dinner that is all cooked in one tray (apart from the Yorkshire puddings). I like to serve it with a generous serving of gravy - I’m a massive fan of Jamie Oliver’s Get Ahead Gravy and use the chicken carcass from each roast to make a new batch (which I then freeze).
We all love a take-away but we also know that they aren’t the best choice for us: expensive, laden with fat and salt and with lots of packaging. This fake-away is easy to cook, gives you all of those much loved flavours but is better for you!
I’m always looking for new ways to cook chicken: this is one of my favourites! What’s not to like? Creamy garlic, crunchy breadcrumbs, sweet tomatoes and earthy broccoli!
