This couscous and chicken dish is bursting with flavour, and you can add a bit more by adding some chilli (fresh or dried) to it. We like this dish served with wraps; simple and delicious flavours which remind me of summer.
We love a curry in our house and this one pleases us all – you can adjust the spice to suit your family’s taste by sprinkling over dried chilli flakes or fresh chill slices (these always look good as they add a pop of colour!)
Lots of people have asked for a one pot meal, so here is one that my whole family enjoyed on Sunday - a great alternative to a traditional roast (and a lot less washing-up.) I like to serve it alongside sweet potato wedges and steamed greens but it goes equally well with some new potatoes, or a crusty loaf.
This butter chicken recipe is mild, but can easily be spiced up with some extra chillies (my husband and I always add a sprinkling to ours!)
