This couscous and chicken dish is bursting with flavour, and you can add a bit more by adding some chilli (fresh or dried) to it. We like this dish served with wraps; simple and delicious flavours which remind me of summer.

This is a great recipe for the whole family and is the perfect dish to cook when entertaining. It only needs a handful of ingredients (and one of them is my new favourite – za’atar) and is really easy to prepare: I tend to prepare them in the morning and then pop them in the fridge until I am ready.
This is a real crowd pleaser and is popular with adults and children alike. It’s a great dish to cook when entertaining a large group as it is easy to make and super tasty. I like to serve them on a platter with the marinade from the roasting tin poured over the top. They are also delicious cold so make a perfect lunch!
I love sumac – it goes perfectly with chicken! And don’t be afraid of making flatbreads – they are very easy to make and taste great!
