1. Submitting your order through the website
By submitting an order through the website you are making an order to subscribe or buy the offer for the Delicious & Real weekly meal-planning service. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be done by Delicious & Real by email within 24 hours of submission, but is not confirmation that your offer to subscribe or buy has been accepted by Delicious & Real. Delicious & Real will subsequently contact you separately by email to confirm or refuse your order, in most cases within 2 weeks of submitting your order on the Website. Delicious & Real may accept or reject your offer at its discretion. If you do not receive any such confirmation, please contact Delicious & Real. Their contact details can be found on the “Contact us” tab in the footer of thewWebsite.
2. Payment by credit and debit card
When you pay by credit card or debit card, payment will be taken securely through the website. Any credit or debit card information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology ensuring your credit or debit card details are safe and secure. The website also meets the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) which was created to ensure organisations that process card payments prevent fraud.
3. Cancellations and refunds
If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, this can be done in the “My Account’ section of the website – you need to click on the “My Memberships” tab and then on the “Cancel’ button.
As soon as you have subscribed you will have access to the meal-planner and recipes; the money for the up-coming month will be taken immediately – refunds will be be not be made if you cancel mid-month.
If you, however, feel you require a refund, please contact Delicious and Real directly: refunds will be given at the Delicious & Real own discretion.
