This is a great recipe for the whole family and is the perfect dish to cook when entertaining. It only needs a handful of ingredients (and one of them is my new favourite – za’atar) and is really easy to prepare: I tend to prepare them in the morning and then pop them in the fridge until I am ready.
This is a great dish if you are looking for something different and healthy to do with a pack of sausages; I like to use good quality pork ones from our local butchers, but you can use any type you like…including (especially for all my vegetarian friends) a veggie variety!
This is a real family favourite in our house... it has breadcrumbs so what is there not to like!
I love broad beans and wanted to find a way of incorporating them into a meal! I had to use frozen, but if fresh are available definitely use them!
