So why vodka? It alters the flavour of the sauce adding a touch of heat and a bit of sharpness which helps to balance out the sweetness of the tomatoes and the cream.
A salad which really packs a punch! A whole host of superfoods and a zingy citrus dressing. This salad makes a substantial side dish or a lovely lunch on its own (you can make a batch at the weekend and leave in the fridge, without the dressing on).
This is my favourite one pot chicken dish: I love it so much that it is my favourite dish to make when cooking for a crowd.
This was a dish I rediscovered during the Queen's platinum jubilee. The flavours are delicious - hence it one of our nation's favourites!
