My daughter loves macaroni cheese; it is (and always has been) her favourite dinner! But in contrast to the traditional dish, we have added some new flavours to our version; salmon, peas, carrots and a hint of mustard to make it healthier, tastier and more balanced.
I had some scones left over from the platinum jubilee and decided that they deserved to be more than a delicious snack! This dish certainly didn’t disappoint!
