I love turkey burgers – I find them lighter than traditional beef ones and my children definitely prefer them as well. These ones are a slight variation on my usual recipe: I’ve added halloumi.

Dhal is one of my favourite meat-free dishes so I am always looking for alternative flavours and ways to serve it. This one is flavoured with coconut milk and served with simple sides – you can obviously change the sides to suit your tastes and needs!
