A great way of getting part of your 5-a-day into your breakfast!
I love these little gems; easy to cook and you can add pretty much anything you have in the fridge.
One of my favourite breakfasts - I love the zing of the lemon and the crunch of the nuts and granola.
This is a lovely, protein packed breakfast. You can substitute the fruit for any that you have or can use frozen (I tend to get it out the night before to defrost).
French toast (or eggy bread!) because we all deserve a treat sometimes!
