A decadent breakfast treat! I first made these when we were holidaying in the south of France and the whole family loved them!
This is a lovely, protein packed breakfast. You can substitute the fruit for any that you have or can use frozen (I tend to get it out the night before to defrost).
French toast (or eggy bread!) because we all deserve a treat sometimes!
I love this recipe; perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Served as it is or topped with an egg - delicious and packed full of goodness!
