This Rogan Josh recipe is definitely one for the adults as it has a bit of a kick to it…but you can adjust the heat by using less (or more) chillies or by serving with a dollop of plain yogurt.
We are a family of curry eaters! This is a real favourite with the children, you can adjust the spice level by the amount of chilli to use (you can even add chilli flakes at the end if you prefer.)
We love a curry in our house and this one pleases us all – you can adjust the spice to suit your family’s taste by sprinkling over dried chilli flakes or fresh chill slices (these always look good as they add a pop of colour!)
This butter chicken recipe is mild, but can easily be spiced up with some extra chillies (my husband and I always add a sprinkling to ours!)
