One of the nation's favourite dishes - a classic curry which was popularised by cooks from South Asia living in Great Britain.
Dhal is one of my favourite meat-free dishes so I am always looking for alternative flavours and ways to serve it. This one is flavoured with coconut milk and served with simple sides – you can obviously change the sides to suit your tastes and needs!
We are a big fan of curries in our house and this one is delicious and, as far as curries go, relatively simple to cook!
A twist on the classic chana masala - I love the addition of extra veggies as they add a splash of colour and a good dose of goodness.
